Whether you are a real estate agent or a home seller, vacant homes can be a challenge to sell.

 

By taking the time to stage a vacant home, you can make it much more appealing to potential buyers and help them see the potential of the space.

What you can Expect

Upon arrival, we will tour the home, take photos, measurements of the rooms, and start to get a sense of the design direction for the quickest and most profitable sale. We will tailor to your needs and budget.

We will then send over a proposal and contract for approval. Once approved we will schedule your staging day. 

​

Our staging fee is based on square footage.

Because each vacant home is different, we like to personally see each property before providing a quote.

Our rates are highly competitive within industry standards.
