A budget friendly service that is designed to help walk you through the DIY process.
The Walk and Talk offers homeowners a starting point and guide to achieving the best possible outcome of selling their home

What you can Expect

Upon arrival, we will sit down and go over some details such as list date, pets, major area of concerns, and so on. We will then walk the property while providing verbal recommendations for your space and each room to help you create maximum appeal.

Be prepared, we go over every detail.

Recommendations include but not limited to:

paint color suggestions
furniture arrangement
décor/art/light fixtures/window treatment suggestions
what to clean
organization suggestions
what to declutter and pre-pack

Resources will be provided as well to help get you started.

2 Hour Consultation is $199 for homes under 3,000sq ft.

If you decide that it is best for us to take the reins for you, the cost of the consultation will be applied to the Occupied Home Staging Service.
