We understand the needs of those that want to personally handle the design and furnishing of their short-term rental while relying on us for help with the finer details. We can help handle all the small, yet essential details that go into stocking and supplying a short-term rental. Through this service, your short-term rental will be complete and accommodate all needs of your future guests.
What to Expect

Essentials list will be provided for approval before sourcing and purchasing can occur.

Source and coordinate all essential items including items for the inventory closet.

Arrange for all linens (bedding, blankets, towels) to be laundered and/or pressed.

Arrange for all purchases to be delivered to the property or receiving warehouse, then oversee transportation of items from receiver to property once home is ready for install.

Assemble, set-up, and install essentials. Includes stocked kitchen, setting up coffee/tea, bathrooms, making beds, and stocking/hanging towels.

Stock inventory closet. Includes a checklist for the turnover specialists to stay organized.

Provide trash and recycle disposal.
