Creating the perfect short-term rental space can be incredibly daunting. However, with our help we can provide a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.

We have experience in sourcing and designing to perfectly fit your needs, so you'll be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the results!
What You Can Expect:

We will preview the property (in person or via video conference)

Create overall design concept and suggest amenities for the property.

Provide a mood board for each room. Including design elements such as light fixtures, paint, wallpaper, or other special interest.
Once the above mentioned is approved we will move forward with the following:

Source and coordinate the purchase all of furnishings and accessories.

Source and coordinate all essential items including items for the inventory closet.

Arrange for all linens (bedding, blankets, towels, window treatments, shower curtains) to be laundered and/or pressed.

Arrange for all purchases to be delivered to the property or receiving warehouse, then oversee transportation of items from receiver to property once home is ready for install.

Assemble and set-up/install all furnishings, accessories, and essentials.

Set-up/install keyless entry and guest safety elements (does not include smoke/carbon monoxide detectors)

Provide trash and recycle disposal.

Coordinate professional interior and exterior photography to help increase bookings.
