We will walk the property (in person or via video conference) while providing verbal recommendations for your space to help you create maximum appeal.
Resources will be provided as well to help get you started on the right foot.

If you decide that it is best for us to take the reins for you, the cost of the consultation will be applied to a package of choice.
The Detailed Consultation
For those looking to receive a more in-depth consultation for updating and scaling an existing short-term rental or a do-it-yourselfer starting from scratch wanting to save time and energy. We put the research into what is needed for your short-term rental and provide you with a detailed design concept that you can take and run with.
